netjunki.org

Welcome to netjunki.org! My first home on the web. (because I've been lazy up to this point. ;-) In the future there will probably be more information here. But for now we're going to restrict it to some basic things. Such as where I work. What websites I visit every single day of the week somtimes more than once. Articles that I think everyone needs to read. (Especially this one.) Most likely some stuff that I've written. (I'm a really slow writer.) And probably all manner of other things relevant to me, like programming and well programming. (I also have a bit of interest in biology, physics, nanotechnology, and education.)

The home page is going to be kept very simple so that it can easily be access and navigated by a plethora of web browsers. Later I may add some browser detection code to better figure out what kind of page should be displayed. But since I am a technophile by training, the whole site will probably push towards using the latest and greatest of standardized web technologies. So I guess that means that I recommend browsing with mozilla.

A little information about me. I'm a 23 year old computer programmer for the University of Southern California Institute for Creative Technologies. (Hey at least it's shorter than Center for Advanced Reasearch in Technology for Education at the University of Southern California's Information Sciences Institute. now that's a mouthful!) I've been programming for USC off and on since I graduated from Santa Monica High School in 1997.

And now for something completely different...
